This swing arm wall light with a Bakelite shade and wall plug oozes vintage charm and appeal while not distracting from the rawness of the swing arm fixture. The black matt or gold brass metal swing arm can be moved up or down the main pole, making it an ideal task light for activities such as working or reading. About the Bakelite Swing Arm Wall Lamp with Wall Plug:

• The lamp shade is genuine Bakelite and are manufactured here in Australia using the original moulds and machinery of the 1930's. 
• Bakelite shade is 210mm in diameter and 70mm high. Available in a range of colours; mottled brown, black and white speckle, white, mottled green and black. All available from the drop down menu.
• This wall light has a metal construction and is available in either a matt black or gold brass finish. 
• The swing arm fixture has a distance of 50mm from the wall to the main pole stem. The main pole stem length is 530mm long.
• The pole can be shortened to any length. See the photos below of how we have shortened the pole to a smaller length.
• The swing arm is comprised of two short arms both 150mm in length can extend to a maximum of 335mm from the main stem.
• It secures to the wall via 40mm diameter mount plates at each end of the pole.
• The black cloth light cord is 2.4 metres in length. It has a push bar switch and a wall plug.
• The lampholder takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb, max 40W.
